Reindeer Dance

Simone Grøtte Pedersen and Johanne Eltoft are going to show us a preformance they have called Boazodánsa/Reindeer Dance. The two young dancers who are accompanied by Herman Rundberg as the musical director, Sveinung Ryan and Viktor Enoksen (film and editing), Tor Ditlevsen (lights during the preformance) and Trine Lise Olsen as their stylist.

Reindeerherding is considered to be the most authentic form of Sami culture, and it is indisputably an important tradition bearer. The dance is inspired by the flock and its movements.
