Four brothers and one sister

Håkon (41), Herborg (35), Hogne (33), Halvard (27) og Herman (25) Rundberg, is a musical family from Kåfjord. Håkon is a musician, producer and music teacher. Herborg is a musician and pianoteacher, and wrote in 2008 the commissioned work Árbi for Riddu Riđđu. Hogne is a musician, leader of the festival and soundman. Halvard is a musician and projectleader, and Herman is a musician, producer and component. And in addition to all this, the siblings play in various bands.

Trapped by melancholy

The Rundberg siblings have promised us a big and versatile concert filled with pride and gratitude for their sami culture and upbringing. � � One common feature we have (as siblings)is that we are trapped by the melancholy, and get easily moved, Halvard laughs. � � We are inspired by each other and probably influense one another in many ways, Hogne acknowledges.
You can see them preform Wednesday 21st of July at 18.00 in Nisga`a Longhouse, and friday 23rd of July at 18.00 in Ája-lávdi.
