Film course with Nils Gaup

Film course for youth.

The sami film director Nils Gaup, known from movies as Pathfinder, The Kautokeino Rebellion, and not least Violet Road's new and fantastic music video, is coming to Riddu Riddu to learn youth between 13 and 25 years about movie making. The film course is a film workshop, with a deep immerse into a professional film work. No prerequisites is needed, only the motivation to make a move!

 
The goal is to make a “mockymentary” that is gonna have premiere under the Riddu Riddu festival
The Riddu Riddu festival is gonna inspire you to find a fantastic good movie idea, that you are gonna film with mentor Nils Gaup, actor Mikkel Gaup, and photographer Ken Are Bongo. The idea is to make a mockymentary. That means a “pseudo-documentary” as in a humorous way plays with the documentary genre. In this connection we want to make use of as many people and indigenous people is gathered from so many different country and cultures for Riddu Riddu. The movie is cut and has an premiere under Riddu Riddu on SaturdayJuly 23.
